The Dynasty of Frank Smith and Bert Gardiner
This photo was taken in 1934 at number 15 Acton Cottages. This photo came to me via Jimsy, it would appear it was among her mother's possessions. The original was a Kodak print, which I have enlarged as best as I could. I assume the date based on the size of the baby in my mothers arms (me). I was born in January, 1933 and in the photo I would be around 1 year old. The group is offspring of Gardiner/Smith. I have listed them as best as I can remember. The only three outsiders are my father, Bede Hurley, Jim Miller and Ray Smith (wife of Les Smith). The remainder are from the unions of Frank Smith and Bert Gardiner.
